About the vineyard[+]
The grapes come mainly from the Tondonia vineyard, located next to the River Ebro in the La Rioja region. These plots have clay-limestone soils with good drainage, suitable for growing Tempranillo and traditional Rioja varieties. The climate combines Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, with distinct seasons that favour slow, balanced ripening. This environment produces grapes with good natural acidity and structure, which are key to long ageing.
