On the palate size and shape are in perfect union; the class of Pinot Blanc, the volume of Chardonnay and the sweetness of Picolit are in balance; the savory finish is dominated by sweet notes that enhance its amplitude. Particularly suitable for fish dishes, risotto and fresh cheeses.
