Domaine Jaume Référence Blanc · 2017
Référence Blanc is produced by the Jaume family, who have worked with wine for over 115 years here in the northern-most part of the southern Rhône Valley wine region facing the majestic Mont Ventoux mountain. They work with two of the terroirs within Cru de Vinsobres, Le Coteau and Les Collines, and make wines under the Côtes du Rhône and Vinsobres labels. The winery's unshakeable commitment to sustainable organic winegrowing is laid down in their Vinéa Natura charter, and Référence Blanc is produced with the utmost respect for the predominantly clay silt terroirs and the Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Clairette, Roussane and Viognier vines which enjoy an average age of 30 years.
