Apasionado de José Pariente · 2024 · 50cl

Apasionado de José Pariente 2022 is a sweet white wine from Rueda, produced by Bodegas José Pariente. This wine, made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from vineyards over 30 years old, reflects the winery's dedication and commitment to quality and innovation. The colour of this wine is medium straw with greenish tones, showing a bright and clean appearance. On the nose, it offers an intense aromatic range that includes notes of white and tropical fruits, white flowers, aromatic herbs and a subtle balsamic touch. With time, attractive mineral notes also emerge, adding complexity to the aromatic ensemble. On the palate, Apasionado de José Pariente 2022 is fresh and savoury, with a silky body and remarkable intensity. Its crisp acidity perfectly balances the sweetness, resulting in a vibrant and balanced dessert wine. The finish is long, with pleasant floral hints that invite further enjoyment. Made from overripe grapes with high acidity, this wine benefits from a careful selection during the harvest. After a cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with their lees for 6 months, before being clarified and cold filtered. This meticulous winemaking process ensures a high quality product, with a limited production that highlights its exclusivity. Perfect with dark chocolate, foie gras, blue cheeses and fruity and creamy desserts, we recommend serving Apasionado de José Pariente 2022 at a temperature between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius, to enhance its freshness and aromatic complexity.
