Alamos Chardonnay · 2024
Created from grapes growing at an altitude of 1,200 metres, Alamos Chardonnay has a truly exceptional character. The high temperatures and intense sunlight during the daytime contrast with the cool nights to allow the fruit to ripen perfectly. The temperature difference preserves the quality of the fruit and adds tension to the wine, finding a wonderful balance between acidity and sweetness as only nature can. Alamos Chardonnay displays mature and complex aromas and a rich palate, with tropical hints refreshed by citrus fruit. An extremely versatile wine for any table. A partial malolactic fermentation and subtle ageing process in oak for 6 to 9 months adds complexity and body.
