The Valpolicella Classico Rafaèl of the Tommasi company is an intense and enveloping red wine thanks to the aging in wooden barrels. At the sight it has an intense ruby red color; fruity notes of blackberries and cherries intertwine with hints of balsamic herbs, pepper and humus, creating a rich and energetic aromatic bouquet. The sip is soft, savory and intense; good tannic texture and excellent persistence. Ideal as an accompaniment to red meat dishes such as roasts, stewed game and pasta with meat sauce. Excellent also with aged cheeses.
