Made from Pardilla, a grape variety almost unknown outside Cuenca, this white is one of those surprises that reconcile you with simplicity. Aromatic without noise, luminous without artifice, deep without trying. Fine, vibrant, with a texture that only the clay amphora can give: tense, direct, clean. It is a humble and, at the same time, dazzling wine. One of those whites that are not only appreciated, but remembered.
