Gaja Barbaresco is a powerful and austere red with a bright ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose offers complex and sensual aromas of berries, plum, licorice, combined with mineral and coffee notes. On the palate it is equally complex, full, with strong and super ripe fruit. Long, complex finish, characterized by silky and very fine tannins. Excellent served with roasted red meats, game, game and aged cheeses.
