Its great color layer, with a cherry red hue, reflects all the liveliness and intensity that the magnificent 2016 vintage still shows, preserving all the nuances of a wine in its youth stage. Its aromatic composition shows great richness and complexity. It is characterized by the presence of wild black fruits, aromatic scrub plants, spicy notes and hints of vanilla and cocoa from its aging in French oak barrels. These are sensations that take us for a walk on the fallen leaves of the centenary oak in the Sierra de Tramuntana, where the aromas of the mountain, the rock and the roots of the trees are assembled. In the mouth it shows enormous breadth, with structure and great persistence driven by its good acidity. It is a wine that combines the power of the Mediterranean character with the freshness of organic viticulture, thus achieving a perfect sensory balance. Its velvety character makes it a very pleasant wine with an elegant finish.
