Abadía Retuerta Pago Valdebellón · 2020
A terroir Cabernet with plenty of character, an elegant bouquet of blackcurrant buds and very persistent, originating from one of the estate’s highest altitude parcels (750 m), on calcareous clay soils, with a high percentage of sand, and surrounded by pine forests which protect the vineyards from the winds. Matured for 17 months in French oak barrels.

Vino de Pago Abadía Retuerta (DOP) was created in mid-2022, in recognition of the winemaking history of the Abadía Retuerta winery, with more than eight centuries of history in the cultivation of vines in the region of Castilla y León.
